Since launching our food truck in 2018, we’ve brought the authentic flavors of New Mexico and Colorado to communities and corporations across the state. Our menu is a celebration of tradition and innovation, featuring classic recipes alongside unique Arizona-inspired creations—all showcasing the vibrant taste of Hatch Chile and flavors of home.
